Victoria's 10-year greenfields plan, published 23 October 2024, sets out the order in which new growth precincts are planned. Sunbury West sits in Horizon 3, which means the formal precinct structure plan process is scheduled to commence between 2029/30 and 2033/34.
Until that work begins there is no gazetted boundary, no dwelling yield and no land release. Nothing here is zoned, released or for sale. What buyers can research today is the established Sunbury township next door: its train line, its schools, its shops and its long-run demographics.
